Between us we’ve got an unrivalled depth of industry knowledge and experience, which means we can secure, manage and complete all types of commercial building and fit-out projects. Between the key directors we have over 100 years experience in the business. (Not something we like to reveal too often!)

Evan Hopkin - Director
As a qualified Quantity Surveyor Evan’s main area of responsibility is preparing tender submissions and overseeing the financial control of projects. Having spent six successful years at Fletcher Commercial Interiors, Evan branched out and formed Trademark Building Services in 1996. Evan’s philosophy is to provide a more personal approach that includes direct accountability and prompt service.

Andy Brown – Director
From a Civil Engineering background Andy provides programming, building methodology and project management. Highly experienced in commercial fit-outs, Andy has worked at Fletcher Commercial Interiors and Zip Commercial interiors. Andy, a founding partner, provides a hands-on approach to delivering the service and quality that the market demands.

Chris Bazalo – Director
Chris started his career as a Carpenter and quickly progressed into project management. Experienced working in New Zealand and further afield, at Trademark he mainly deals with building methodology and project management. Chris, also a founding partner, offers a service focused on quality, and project delivery with direct line accountability.
