NEW ZEALAND RUGBY UNION – CENTREPORT
After completing the fitout and refurbishment work of the new New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRFU) premises at Centre Port we were asked to construct a specialised media and meeting room centre. The space identified was approximately m2 on the ground floor and had been used as a storage area by another tenant. The requirement was to construct six air conditioned sound rated meeting rooms, a media and presentation room with specialised lighting, toilets to suit the number of occupants, a commercial kitchen and display areas for honour boards and trophies. This project had a fixed budget so Trademark had to cost engineer the proposed design to fit within the NZFRU budget. This was achieved and the centre became fully operational in March 2002. |
